Dayton Women in Sports is a networking and social organization I founded in 2026 to create meaningful connections for women in the sports community. While larger cities offer established women’s sports networks, there was no dedicated space locally for women working in sports, competing in sports, or simply passionate about the industry to connect and share their experiences.

With multiple colleges, minor league teams, and a strong network of clubs and organizations, Dayton has a thriving sports scene, but no unified space for women within it.

Since launching, we’ve hosted two successful meetups and have built early momentum. Our focus remains on connection, empowerment, and industry growth. Membership continues to expand, and we are actively shaping the future of what this community can become.
